1.InkJet inkjet three-dimensional printing technology
A method of curing a device by ejecting viscous ink through an inkjet printhead, attaching it to the powder particles, and bonding the particles.
2.SLA light curing molding method
The ultraviolet laser is controlled by a computer, and the spot-by-point scanning is performed on the surface of the photosensitive resin according to the information of each layer of the cross-section of the part. The thin layer of resin in the scanned area is photopolymerized and solidified to form a thin layer of the part. After a layer of curing is completed, the workbench is moved down by a layer thickness so that a new layer of liquid resin is applied to the surface of the previously cured resin and repeated until a three-dimensional solid model is obtained.
3.SLS laser sintering method
It is to cure the powder material with a laser beam. The principle is to pre-lay a layer of powder material (metal powder or non-metal powder) on the workbench. Under the control of the computer, the laser will sinter the solid part powder according to the interface contour information, and then continuously circulate and form a layer. The SLS model can largely replace mass-produced parts and be used directly.
